Colorado minimum wage increases to $12.56 ($9.54 for tipped wages) effective January 1, 2022.

Denver County minimum wage increases to $15.87 ($12.85 for food and beverage tipped workers) effective January 1, 2022.

Effective 1/1/2022, the minimum annual salary for employees exempt from overtime increases to $45,000.00 ($865.38/week) under the Colorado Division of Labor, COMPS Order #37.
